The team did a great job of working with us to get this up and running with Xactus, and we've been able to easily interface with the app with our custom LWC and Apex. If there is an issue, the team works quickly to address it. Can't ask for more.

Increased Counseling Productivity
This software has made doing a soft pull for my housing counseling participants much more efficient. Within a matter of 45 seconds, I can have a tri-merge credit report pdf that is accessible. Furthermore, it can make a report on the number of inquiries, monthly debt obligations, and any public records. This has saved me a significant amount of time counseling and allows me to focus on other tasks. Overall, it is a rather impressive product. My only critique for the time being is that if you wish to pull the report in another language, the information is much more limited.
