Impeccable Performance
The app addresses some of the critical use cases for my call centres. I run centres across multiple locations and have almost 5000+ calls daily using RingByName app. I am so far thoroughly satisfied with its impeccable performance.
Best Business Phone Service App on Salesforce
We were quite concerned about the pricing of some of the few leading Business Phone Services. Fortunately, we discovered this on AppStore and after successful trial in just 2 weeks we deployed it across our 4 Business Locations worldwide. It is a high utility service for us already. I highly recommend them.

Exactly what we needed to tie our phones and Salesforce together
We had been using the RingByName browser plug-in to launch calls in the browser, but the inbound calls and even the outbound calls were not being logged automatically in Salesforce so I didn't have a good sense of what the team was doing. Now with the inbound call pop-ups and the softphone in Salesforce we simply click on the phone number or pop-up and start taking notes. It's so much easier and convenient. Highly recommend it if you're using RingByName.
