The consulting team has been very helpful. However, I find the Salesforce interface overly complicated and not very intuitive. Some information could be hidden or moved further down the page, while the most important information should be displayed first. The system also experiences occasional bugs, which require users to spend extra time identifying and resolving the issues. This is not user-friendly, as the additional time spent navigating and troubleshooting Salesforce can delay other important tasks. I don’t believe this is what Salesforce was intended to do.
