The Silver Linings consulting team fully understood our vision of success of a customised implementation of Salesforce. They worked fast without compromising quality and completed the stated scope of works well under the budgeted hours. This allowed us to include some additional extra features and some much needed reports even with a little bit of automation added in some places. At the end this was a real sweetener to top off the closing out and signing off the of the project.
