Dolmen Connect is a new Salesforce application which make it possible to combine customer data between Salesforce (force.com) and Dolmen local marketing platform. With Dolmen connect, any Brand or Retailer will be able to easily combine : • Customer data coming from CRM central systems • Declarative data captured in-stores through local or central actions In order to achieve the most relevant 360° vision of each customer. Dolmen Connect can be set up directly on Salesforce where Brands or retailers will decide : • which customer data will be synchronized (optin, email adress, number phone...) • how customer data will be synchronized (master data management) You finally achieve one single view for each customer. A major asset for your national and local marketing teams to help them easily manage a greater consistency between their marketing campaigns, one single and unique marketing pressure within a total respect of your customers' personal data
