DataArchiva is listed in Salesforce AppExchange and can be downloaded from the AppExchange portal itself. You or your company can download the application and install it in your test org or your production organization directly from AppExchange.
DataArachiva is licensed as a user subscription which can be billed monthly and annually depending on the contracting agreement. User subscriptions cannot be shared or used by more than one user but can be reassigned. Your subscription to DataArchiva license does not include the subscription of the Salesforce service. If you wish to use the Salesforce service, you can contact directly to Salesforce by visiting their website www.salesforce.com. DataArachiva allows to integrate third-party providers, but are not responsible for their services. The subscription cost does not include any cost of those third party providers that you are planning to integrate with DataArchiva. Users need to directly contact those providers and get their service before integration with DataArchiva.
DataArchiva license would be solely used for your internal business purposes and shall not license or sublicense, sell, resell to any third-party other than to users. You shall not modify or copy or create work based on this product or build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, and functions on this application.
Third Party Providers
DataArchiva application is not responsible for any downtime with the third party application that has been integrated and any issues related to those providers needs to be handled by the users directly with those providers. DataArchiva does not warrant any third party providers or any of their products or services and any exchange of data or other interaction will be solely between you and such third-party providers.
DataArchiva provided annual and monthly subscription depending on the user license that your purchase. For canceling a subscription, your or your company should give a minimum of 45 days notice to the DataArchiva company as the same as to be updated with Salesforce. For a yearly contract, if the company does not wish to renew this has to be intimated before 45 days of the renewal date. The same applies for monthly subscription wherein they have to notify to cancel their subscription before 45 days.
No Warranty for Third-Party providers
DataArchiva makes no warranties of any kind for any of the third-party solutions that are integrated with your application. We don’t warranty or guaranty for these third-party services for their reliability, quality, error or defects, suitability, and availability. DataArchiva provides a platform to integrate these providers but its individual responsibility to directly work with them for any of their services they offer.
In no event shall DataArchiva have any liability to you or any user for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages based on lost profits , however caused and, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of liability, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
