The most significant win from this project has been the establishment of a centralized, user-friendly platform that provides real-time visibility into outreach efforts. This will strengthen our ability to engage more community members, maintain contract compliance through automated reporting, and significantly streamline staff workflows. Ultimately, it reduces administrative burden and enables our team to focus more on delivering meaningful, person-centered support to the individuals we serve.

The speed in which Provisio has brought our programs online after 20 years of waiting, has been nothing less than phenomenal! They listen, they hear, and they respond quickly. Working with Provisio was a struggle. Our project manager left mid setup of our instance. Majority of our work is importing, but when telling them this information, if felt foreign. A majority of their work was for individual management, which caused a need to redesign and more money. We had to pay an extreme amount of money for a system that just didn't work the way we thought it should. We had to leave this partner and find a new one in order to fix our instance. Our new developers are great and have been able to fix a great deal of errors that were caused by Provisio. I think it would have been better to work directly with the developers so they could understand our processes instead of a project manager who just relays information and has to wait weeks to get things back. We would not recommend Provisio as a partner at this time.

Despite challenges in project staffing, we had an expert solutions engineer in Tiffany. Tiffany anchored the project. We believe Tiffany's understanding of our organizational needs resulted in a viable deployment. Kelly, our final Project Manager, did a excellent job managing the project and communicating.

Provisio helped us move an idea to a concrete solution. Our project team was patient and supportive as we navigated our initial project. They provided guidance as we modified business processes while developing the technology solution. We are excited about the next phase of the project and the overall roadmap we have created to leverage Salesforce to create efficiency with our organization.

The Provisio Partners team has been great from the start of this project to seeing actual production use. The scoping, design, and implementation have been excellent.
