I don't think we are a typical partner engagement. We wanted to be involved throughout the process and even more frightening (for the partner) is that we weren't exactly sure of an end goal. Unlike others, Cloud Haven didn't shy away from this style of engagement and instead worked very hard to understand both our business model and our vision for Salesforce. Each new piece of architecture expanded our understanding of Salesforce, which in-turn, allowed us to articulate the next piece of the vision. It is true teamwork. We are so happy with our current solutions and excited about the future!
