Government Applications Pack - Digital Public Services

Arcus Government Applications Pack supports UK Public Sector organisations in their use of the Salesforce platform by providing features specifically designed for and with governmental organisations. These include financial management and integrated payment channels, data security and publishing, task automation, workflow management, and multi-channel communications. These features are used across a range of Arcus products as well as standard Salesforce CRM functionality, and will function with any custom objects implemented to Salesforce coding standards. These are currently in use across numerous local authorities, central government departments and several non-governmental public sector bodies. When used with the Arcus Gazetteer, provides integration with common GIS platforms - ESRI, Cadcorp and any GIS platform that supports OGC Web Services - allowing records in these systems to created, found, queried and linked to from inside Salesforce.
