Great app and customer service
Excellent organisation to work with, they offer really clear guidance and support with the implementation. They also follow up afterwards with how the implementation is running and offer additional support if necessary. This app works seamlessly with Salesforce, Dot Digital and our website to keep track of our customer consent and preferences. Great product, thank you.

We have been using Consentric for 6 months now and it has connected us with our customers, giving them the ability to directly tailor their relationship with us. It's saved us countless weeks of trying to do a D.I.Y. approach. Would highly recommend for any company that has high volumes of customer records
Really useful addition
We’ve been using Consentric as a pilot prior to it becoming available on the App Exchange. It was easy to install in Salesforce using the setup wizard and we can easily manage consent for our customer base. We had to make a few amendments to our marketing processes to ensure we only contact our customers where they have consented to do so… but we were fully expecting these necessary updates for GDPR compliance.
Consentric for Salesforce
The Consentric platform for Salesforce is easy to setup and has a very granular approach to managing permissions within Salesforce. It is excellent and appears to be very well engineered for scale.
