Twistellar were engaged to create a management dashboard for opportunity pipeline. During preparation it was clear that over the years various classifications of opportunity were used. The scope therefore extended to ensuring the databased was consistent with respect to deliverables, products, families behind opportunities. Once this was complete the dashboard work was reengaged. During this process the communication channel with Twistellar was very fluid. They were patient, understanding our organisation's business needs / commitments. They were extremely efficient in communicating, in meetings and in performing the service. Overall the project was completed timely and on budget. I would use Twistellar again
