Saving more food! Since we deal with highly perishable food products and its supply fluctuates daily, efficient logistic processes are of immense importance. Thanks to the professional support of the Nexum experts, our new application enables us to accelerate our delivery processes and plan strategically. Nexum clearly understood our way of working and our processes. Standard salesforce services were used for our application to keep time for development and future maintenance at a minimum. Our individual requirements were implemented fast and the Nexum solutions often exceeded our expectations. Significant improvements for our management could be achieved by the newly implemented salesforce application. Our driving teams love the easy handling of the mobile devices. We appreciate the (pro-bono) support of Nexum very much. Tafel Köln is a non-profit organisation with seven employees and more than 100 volunteers. Tafel Köln supports people in need by providing them with donated food. Although our local food bank does not distribute this food to people in need itself, it takes on the entire administrative and logistical process: collecting food donations, storing them and finally distributing them to social institutions.
