Start signing documents out of any object

Provide package & document information

Select document(s) that you wish to have signed

Prepare document(s) for signing

Add document information and add (signing /form ) fields to the document if not provided already

Provide signer | approver | receiver information

Confirm your package (or additional documents)

The signers will receive a mail invitation. When clicking it the WYSIWYS screen will be opened

The signer can choose one of the signature methods that were put available to him

Here is an example of what it looks like when the signer chooses Mail OTP

The signer will receive an OTP, which he can fill in to sign the document

The document is successfully signed

The status is updated in Salesforce and the document can be downloaded.

A sysadmin can adapt the settings to default values
