Hasler Enterprises (HES) is a highly skilled and talented implementation partner. Our project involved moving off a different managed package onto the Field Service Lightning App and rearchitecting our Quoting Process. They were incredibly thorough in the discovery phase in breaking down and understanding our processes and use cases. Once development was underway we had 1-2 calls each week to test, review, and demo various parts of the project. These were huge as it allowed our team to provide direct feedback. The HES team is incredibly responsive through comments / pings on their project management software and was able to handle evolving requirements throughout the development process with ease. They created multiple unique solutions to difficult problems that were uncovered in development. We had a very tight window that our project needed to be completed by and they delivered on what was outlined in the project scope. HES provided critical support in the following weeks of product launch resolving bugs and issues for edge cases that popped up. We've planned for continued support and development with the HES team for expanded features and are happy to continue our partnership.
