Considering the timeline of the project there was tremendous value given with the focus on a scalable platform that was customizable and flexible enough to accomplish business process efficiencies.
KVortex was extremely professional and easy to work with! They stayed on project scheduled and adjusted to new project requirements on the fly, with ease.
This company was very responsive to my needs and they had a thorough understanding of the "out of the box" capability of the software. In hindsight, I would recommend longer "after care" - longer than a week. Perhaps instead, a 1 day monthly follow up after 1-2 months of full operation. There is still some functionality we are having trouble using. Longer "after care" would have probably resolved them by now.
