Bluelinksys has been our Salesforce implementation partner for over three years. During the implementation phase, their consultants were incredibly patient and went above and beyond to support our users. After the implementation, their support has been prompted and efficient. I collaborated with the partner to complete the construction of a knowledge base. Previously, the knowledge bases we built were all for B2C. The challenge of this collaboration was to display both B2B and B2C sections within the same product. Additionally, the functionality required permission control, knowledge filtering, and other features, making it a relatively complex task. The partner leveraged cloud services to help build this knowledge base, using their expertise to provide timely solutions and highlight potential risks throughout the process. Ultimately, we delivered a satisfactory result that met our business needs and provided knowledge assurance to the customers.
