Artera Inc.'s engagement with eClouds focused on building a customized billing system to support our future growth. We wanted to integrate downstream revenue cycle functions with top-of-funnel commercial operations, unifying our business on a single platform. The solution now provides true end-to-end reporting, something we could not achieve before. The project required significant innovation and customization, and the eClouds team demonstrated the skill to adapt the system to our workflows. They were responsive and diligent in answering questions and ultimately delivered on our vision for revenue cycle management. Some technical requirements required some rework, but the team handled these challenges with integrity and commitment, resulting in an outcome that met and in several areas exceeded our expectations.

I came in with a detailed list of items I needed Salesforce to provide, and what I thought would be some complex logic with linking information with multiple different accounts and contacts. Being in the medical field my information and set up is different then what a traditional sales team might need. The team I worked with was able to put it all together including using the verabige and logic I needed. They also worked above and beyond in ensuring that the triggers and reports I needed worked perfectly. I am grateful for their dedication and quick communication. Nuo Therapeutics Inc. (NUO) recognized the need within our corporate processes to bring about a clean and manageable solution to paper and email sales order submissions. NUO worked with eClouds Solutions (eClouds) to create an online presence via Salesforce for our customers and distributors by implementing a fast, easy, and accurate pathway for electronic submission of sales orders. Initially, it was not clear to either team that this would require building two unique order streams, and it was thought that the project would consist mostly of out of the box Salesforce options and features and include a mobile app. As the project evolved, it was evident that some customization would be required. The eClouds team was instrumental in customizing changes to the standard application to capture the required data and enable the NUO two order stream vision. This did add some additional time to the project, and while not anticipated, the eClouds team acted with integrity and commitment to achieving the NUO vision in its entirety. The eClouds Team respectfully communicated additional information regarding their processes and requirements and did an outstanding job of turning around requests for changes and responding to questions as well as keeping NUO informed of progress. The specific team that worked on the NUO project was resolute, informed, and worked diligently to understand the details of the process and bring to completion a product that would encompass NUO’s vision.

We have had some IT/Technical issues with our multiple data bases internally that caused some challengs with this build. eClouds has been helpful helping us navigating through this and making the necessary coding/changes in SF as issues arose. Have worked very closely with Polly and Mikael over the last year and Polly is one of the most responsive vendors I have worked with. She always responds right away and gets our issues resolved mostly same day. It has been a true pleasure working with her.
