I am also facing the same issue. Its been more than three days i am struggling with this issue. If its retired then it should not be available on AppExchange or at least SF give alert to person who is downloading it. Its quite frustrating. Anyways Thanks António .

This tool was retired last year.. I've just installed and opened a case on support, they told me that this tool is not "available" anymore

To mock a callout from managed package code, the Test.setMock must be called from a test method in the same package with the same namespace. The Playground does not currently provide a global method for injecting a test mock. There is an overview of the Model Confusion Matrix in the API documentation at https://metamind.readme.io/page/model-confusion-matrix. Additionally, we have added some features to recent releases to make it easier to understand the confusion matrix in the Model Builder by adding an index number to rows/columns and providing hover text to explain the results of each cell.
