Outstanding Service From Top Tech Service
Top Tech Service have been assisting us since July to set up and implement Salesforce for our NFP. They have been outstanding in the service they have provided, understanding our unique needs and always available to make the changes we've needed. Daniel and his team have worked to our timeframe and been extremely patient with our (often) lack of technological ability, taking time to train and explain whenever needed or requested. Very Approachable And Easy To Work With
Top Tech have helped us with the implementation and training for the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). We thoroughly enjoy working with Top Tech. Dan has been fantastic at listening to our needs and sharing his knowledge to ensure that we made the right decisions. They have been incredibly responsive and quick to act when issues arise and have gone above and beyond to be available to us. As well as being extremely knowledgeable, Dan and his team are calm, kind and honest, which has made them very approachable and easy to work with. Systems changes can be overwhelming, but working with good consultants that are knowledgeable and provide the right support made a big difference.

Our business relies greatly on Salesforce. Previous to Dan becoming our Salesforce partner though, the platform was a complicated collection of data which did not sync with other data. Since Top Tech became our Salesforce partner, our interaction with Salesforce has been transformed. Thanks to their hard work and tenacity, we have been able to streamline processes, improve efficiency and build out a sophisticated platform which is tailored specifically to our business needs.
