Generally Happy but needs improvement
We value having the miedge data in SFDC. The integration is simple and easy to install. But there are a few obvious improvements that need to happen; 1. The data should default to Read Only. Why would you allow users to change MiEdge data? and Fine if you give them the option but the default should be read only. 2. There's no way to report to miedge when data is incorrect. It would be nice if we could share back where mistakes are made.
