Great App for nervous newbie

As a Salesforce Admin, this app has honestly been a massive safety net while I’m still learning the ropes of our org’s complex architecture. I was terrified of accidentally giving someone the wrong permissions or breaking someone's access during a simple update, but the tool’s visual interface makes it much harder to mess up. It turns the confusing profiles and permission sets into something I can actually understand at a glance.

My must have app for permission set management

Security + Access Manager has become my primary tool for taming "permission set soup" and regaining control over an org’s visibility settings. It’s features allow me to control the nightmare of permission management. Its greatest value lies in the ability to perform deep-dive audits on Field-Level Security (FLS) across a number of objects simultaneously; what used to take me hours of clicking through individual setup pages now happens quickly and easily. The time saved on compliance reporting and the reduction in over-privileged users makes it a real winner in our Salesforce environment.

Super useful app

Very useful app, the improvements James and team have been making are only making it more useful for cleaning up our org. We are especially excited about the ability to clone a profile over to a permission set; everyone has some legacy profiles you have always wanted to clean up but dreaded the effort you'd have to put into doing so, and this feature is so helpful in reducing the amount of time it takes to make that switch. And that's only one of the features - it's worth looking into all of them to assist your org with auditing, clean up, and ongoing maintenance.
