Does exactly what it says it will, and more, with no horrible set up headaches or sync issues
Thrive is amazing and seamless for the syncing of emails and calendar events to the relevant objects in Salesforce, it's actually incredible how smart and powerful the tool is. We got Thrive to help us with the historical syncing of old emails to our Salesforce instance, couldn't believe how effective it was. Seeing how well it has worked at what I'm sure is not an easy task, we are sure to be getting many more licenses for our users going forward. As for the support you receive from the Thrive team (Orala and Vincent especially) they can't do enough for you and are perfectly happy to answer tonnes of silly questions. Setting up Thrive to work seamlessly for your organisation really is no work at all as the Thrive team can't do enough for you. Painless and effective experience from top to bottom, couldn't recommend it enough for this sort of job.

For the last two years, I have unsuccessfully spent time looking for a solution to sync my emails and calendar with Salesforce. Thrive is not only at an unbeatable price point but was incredibly simple to utilize. Additionally, the team is responsive and have provided clarity around any points of confusion. I could not be happier with this investment (and neither could our CEO).
Great App- Perfect Email and Calendar Sync
I tested Thrive for my company and it worked perfectly so we decided to buy licenses for all our users. I love how slim and robust Thrive is- it syncs our emails and calendars in the background. I’ve used other apps like Ebsta and their menu bars and fluff really annoyed me whereas Thrive works silently in the background and just gets the job done. Great customer support as well- they’re willing to adapt to the way we use SF and have made on boarding our users a breeze. We use both the email and calendar sync and they're great!
great tool to sync emails and calendar entries independently from email-client
We are using thrive for email since some months. I works very reliable. It syncs all our emails (in- and outbound) to existing contacts in Salesforce and even assigns them to custom objects. And a special feature is the creation of contacts when a similar email-domain exists already in Salesforce. It might happen that someone means to have too many emails synchronized - but I think this is better than to have to decide manually whether to sync an email or not - and to miss one then.
