Solved every assignment problem we've been having for MONTHS

I found this app while looking for a way to automatically assign Contacts based on specific criteria such as region, eligibility status and employer. We were using a trigger and a bunch of bits and pieces and it seemed like every change we made to the existing process caused months of issues and troubleshooting/rebuilds and a heck of a lot of grey hairs. I found Kubaru on the AppExchange, watched a demo and then installed a trial in Sandbox. Dallin contacted me, set up a call the next day, gave me a demo and then offered to build our assignment rules for me on Kubaru as a POC. His questions were thoughtful and his turnaround time quick. We did a 30 day POC but we knew within the first few days that this was the tool for us. All of our assignment troubles were over. We're so happy with Kubaru and the support we received and continue to receive from this company. We're already looking at future use cases for it. Thanks Dallin and Kubaru!

I needed a flexible lead routing tool that a non-developer could manage, with support for rep workload capacity, campaign-based assignment, weighted distribution by performance, and calendar/availability syncing. Kubaru checked every box without the bloated price tag of an all-in-one platform. One call led to a same-week sandbox demo. Install and config took about two hours, and we went live the next morning. SLA triggers to reassign uncalled leads made the immediate impact obvious. The downstream effect has been just as impressive. Reps are having better quality conversations, earning more, and actually motivated to call faster. The tool is driving the behavior, and the behavior is driving results. On the surface, the app does what it is advertised to do and does it well. What is not ever present on the exchange is the team at Kubaru. As a small company it was great to have the support of the team as we tried and then implemented this app. Unlike much of the Salesforce environment, Kubaru has been exceptionally easy to navigate.

When looking for a distribution tool, our list of ideal functionality was long. Kubaru does everything we need/want. It was easy to set up, Brigg was a great resource and very quick to respond, and we've already seen our speed to lead time improve drastically. Out of the box reporting made it easy to monitor success of our implementation. Looking forward to expanding our use of the tool!

Since our organization has adopted Kubaru as our main lead routing service, we've seen impressive improvement in the efficiency of our sales process. There's so much customization available that makes it easy for reps to access, track, and work their leads quicker than ever. Great Tool

We made the switch from custom distribution flows to Kubaru and haven't had any regrets. Kubaru was easy to configure and has unlocked our ability to easily set up SLAs and report on response times out of the box. Brig, who helped with onboarding, has been an amazing resource and is always very quick to respond when we have questions.
