Datafox has provided us with amazing support during our deployment. Our team continues to find new ways to leverage its tool-set within their daily work, and it's allowed everyone to more faster (save time).

Great data service, powerful and simple SFDC integration

We'd been using Datafox for about a year and then integrated with our SFDC instance we use for corporate development. The bi-directional SFDC integration is great. We incorporate our own custom fields from SFDC into our analysis in Datafox and use Datafox provided data within our SFDC analytics and reporting. It has also make adding new companies to our SFDC database of record much quicker and simpler.

Very Helpful for Sourcing

We integrated Datafox to update our records and make it easier to add new ones. We had a bit of a complicated integration due to some custom Skuid fields and objects we had in place but the Datafox team was great in helping us work through it. Overall very happy with the functionality and it makes our lives much easier.

Solid Firmographic Data for ABM

We moved to strictly Contact/Account structure in SFDC - eliminating the Lead object. DataFox helped us build out our total addressable market in Accounts and will keep this data refreshed. The team was very responsive and supportive to our migration. We have found the service less helpful in sourcing Contacts at these Accounts compared to other integrations. Net - we re really happy with the service.

Excellent Sourcing Platform

DataFox helps us avoid grunt work by enriching salesforce with key data points like industry keyword, location, headcount, funding info, etc and enables us to easily discover new companies in our areas of expertise (founder-led software and internet companies) and add them seamlessly to salesforce. We use DF to track key targets in salesforce with real-time growth signals like executive hires, expanding to new offices, funding rounds, conference attendees, etc. so that we never miss a business opportunity and are talking to executives at the right time. One thing that we particularly get a ton of value from is using DF to surface new conferences to review or attend by filtering for conferences with the highest density of accounts synced to salesforce. Big fan of the platform and excited for further developments!

Powerful tool for firmographic intelligence

DataFox serves up growth signals on the companies in our Salesforce instance so we can track company milestones - such as user growth, product launches, key executive hires, and conference attendance - ahead of a capital raise. We use DataFox to enrich Salesforce with firmographic info that allows us to effectively tier companies in SFDC and inform which executives we want to prioritize getting in front of. When we find new companies that fit our investment criteria in DataFox, we can add them with one click to Salesforce and easily sync over CEO name and email as contacts. DataFox is a huge time saver for conferences - before I go to a conference, I use the v-look up killer to run their conferences data against existing Salesforce accounts to figure out how to best prioritize my time. I also love seeing how quickly this team churns out new features and updates!

Datafox provides great account level data, and the connection to SFDC is flawless, allowing you to bring in any custom fields you want. Customer support is great too.
