Tether provide a clearly defined path from SOW through to Go-Live and help their clients walk down it. If things need to get changed or timescales pushed they are also accommodating. We would definitely use Tether again and are already looking at other projects in the Salesforce ecosystem to help us achieve our business goals! Quickstart program works really well, but relies on fully engaging for the week and knowing your sales processes. Also works best if you have individuals who are able to pick up some of the administration
