Just what I was looking for

I have tried several other sms apps and they just did not have the funcationality we needed. When I did a demo I knew this was what we needed. WE liked it so much we went with the CTI solution as well. We worked with Yash Desai and Ayushi Patil on getting everything set up and working the way we needed. They were very repsonsive to our needs and went above and beyond when we ran into an issue with our 10DLC compaince. Highly recommended.
