Overview

Customize your Lead or Case assignments with BREeze, a rules engine for managing your Leads and Cases. Implement complex assignment logic, back up and test your rules, set additional fields beyond owner and leverage your logic in Process Builder or Flow.

  • For organizations hitting the Salesforce limit of 200 Assignment Rule entries, BREeze can handle additional volume and supports creating more than 200 entries. In addition, BREeze can set any field on Lead or Case using the logic you build out.

  • With BREeze you can quickly and easily clone your Assignment Rules to back them up, and also to build out and test new versions of your rules. This allows you to efficiently handle territory changes, updated product allocations or sales team re-orgs.

  • BREeze includes custom functions that allow you to call your Assignment Rules from within Process Builder or Flow, so if you are creating new records you can ensure that they are routed through your logic and assigned appropriately.

BREeze allows administrators to tailor their Lead or Case process by extending standard Salesforce functionality. With a configuration-based UI, BREeze uses customized rules sets to automate complex logic. Admins can make changes to their logic without IT or developer resources, making the solution flexible, scalable and easy to maintain. The app comes with advanced testing functionality, so you can vet logic before activating your rules and more easily remediate issues in production. With capabilities more powerful than simply handling your Lead or Case assignments, BREeze enables administrators to set data on any field on the Lead or Case objects. This includes stamping on the record with tracking information so you can quickly audit which rule entry resulted in the assignment. BREeze allows you to easily meet the challenges that come with large organizations and complex Salesforce implementations. The free BREeze package includes support for either the Lead or Case object and runs when new records are created.
