Reliable Partner

Icon has been a reliable partner with us from the beginning of our Salesforce journey. From our initial PSA implementation 5 years ago, through our recent addition of FinancialForce Accounting we've partnered with Icon to make the most of our Salesforce instance. They've also helped us with some custom solutions, including a Concur expense integration, and customization throughout our organization. Whenever I run into a problem I can't solve myself in SFDC I call Icon, knowing one of their experts will be ready to help me out.

We have been working with Icon for a little over 5 years beginning with a PSA and FFA implementation back in late 2012. They were instrumental in that implementation, and really helped us configure PSA and FFA to match our business processes, and create efficiencies that didn't exist before. Icon is very good at thinking outside the box to come up with solutions that not only meet our needs, but exceed expectations. We continue to use Icon for ongoing support and are very pleased with all of the work they have done for us.

Creative, Efficient and Personable

Icon helped us implement Financial Force PSA and FFA simultaneously. Our team had little experience with Salesforce so they not only educated us on the overall system, but made great recommendations throughout the process and were able to solve for some complex automation requirements. We were able to take our weekly billing process down from 24+ hours to less than 5 all with increased accuracy and scalability, as well as automate the multi-jurisdictional process with an ADP import. We continue to utilize Icon to enhance parts of our system as we grow into more advanced users, and have always found them personable and professional.
