Fullstory Integration with SFDC is HUGE!

I use Fullstory each and every day (why wouldn't you?) and the integration into SF is a HUGE time saver. Being able to have access sessions while I am in a specific account keeps me focused and keeps all information in one area. Everyone is already using Salesforce so now more people have adopted and use FullStory, providing value instantly. Would recommend for all teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Client Success, etc.)

Love FullStory-- use it daily!

I love FullStory! My team and I use it daily to see what our customers are doing on our APP, as well as areas that are important to them in Glew! We also use it for Account Management-- so having the ability to link it to our accounts, and then our Client Success team can see our clients interaction just by looking in Salesforce! Highly, highly recommend! :)
