I really appreciated Ash's dedication to us. She spent a lot of time walking us through the steps and made sure we were enabled to maintain our instance.
Moving from being in sales to managing our CPQ instance was no easy feat and although I learned as much as I could there were still areas in which I needed assistance in. This is where ITequality came in and was able to assist in the problems we were looking to solve and provided best practices as well to ensure long term success for myself and my company.
Excellent customer service helped us implement a complex system that automates our business's critical processes. We would contract work again in the future if needed.
The ITequality team is hands down the best, most knowledgeable, easiest to work with in the SF consulting space that we have found. When we launched Salesforce we had bad experiences with multiple consultants. They built us a platform that we could not maintain ourselves and made it very difficult for the Salesforce Prem. Support to help as well. After 20 mins with ITequality and their CEO Ashley Allen, they were able to troubleshoot multiple issues and resolve them on the fly. Issues we were told could not be resolved even by Salesforce support themselves, and ITequality did it promptly! My only wish would be to have found this group 4 years ago. I am sure there are others out there comparable to Ashley and their team but I will never know. There is no reason to look for anyone else after working with them. Period.
At the end of our project we do have the application we requested and it does function within the required project scope. Our only disappointment with the project was the limited amount of training we received for how to maintain the system after the project was completed. It was our understanding that the app would be built and we would be shown along the way how to build and update data. The team has been very receptive to answering questions after the project has closed, which we very much appreciate.
