Prior to using Shield Security Cockpit, my team had been unable to gain traction on Shield Encryption for over a year. We went from zero usage to 75% of required fields encrypted in about 90 days with the help of this tool. We were also able to easily create backlog items to complete encryption of the remaining available fields. The RevCult team has been very open to feedback, feature requests, and support whenever we want to engage. If you have any significant amount of apex custom code with SOQLs and want to encrypt your data, this package will cut months off your implementation time.

Intuitive, Simple to use, Powerful

I think the title says it all. Never had to look at the documentation as it is that easy to use. However, don't let the simplicity fool you. It is a very powerful tool. I spent about 4 weeks trying to classify and evaluate/encrypt 3000+ fields in our org. Once I installed this tool, I was able to evaluate and encrypt, start to finish, in one day.

Similar to their other products this app is also easy to use and time saving as it automates what used to be a very manual work of implementing Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption.

Not only did RevCult deliver an application that simplifies a really complicated process, they provide a consultative approach with a wealth of experience. Very approachable with a great sense of humor!

Don't do encryption without it

I've done encryption the hard way - with giant confusing spreadsheets and tons of trouble shooting - and with Shield Security Cockpit. The amount of time savings alone the issue surfacing provides makes this product worth adding, but the data classification, the change history, sorting, filtering and search features, make this a win-win for admins and for compliance / oversight teams. It will pay dividends today and in the future and it made the difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling empowered. Support from RevCult was excellent and I look forward to the features they'll add over time - it very well could become an oversight necessity for large, multi-instance, ORGs.
