We are a mental healthcare company based out of NY in the 150-200 employee range. Our primary business challenge was to build an electronic medical record (EMR) from scratch in Salesforce Healthcloud--something that has never been done in the history of SF until our partnership with Valintry. We could not be happier with the results, quality of the working relationship, accountability, billing and progress transparency, communication, project tracking, creativity, and fun we have with Valintry. Our EMR platform is the first of its kind and none of our practitioners and admins can believe the ease of use compared to our previous system (and systems including Epic, eCW, Therapy Notes, and AthenaHealth from employment elsewhere). The Valintry team's expertise in UI and UX is unparalleled. They have never said "no" with a function or feature request and always find creative solutions to make things work. Our MVP was better priced than all competitors and the final product left nothing desired. Training and implementation have been super smooth with their team that even joins all-staff Zooms when necessary to field questions and feedback. It is the best partnership my company has had since its founding in 1980. Our new technology is helping us provide the most responsive, accessible, and quality care. Along with some grant funds, our total spend with Valintry will top $2M by Q4 2024. I could not imagine better money spent in the Salesforce Healthcloud space.

The Team at Valintry was incredible. They understood the challenges and limitations that I had as the sole implementation salesforce admin at my organization and went above and beyond in explanation and hand-holding. The Valintry team was on time and engaged in our needs as a growing distribution business. Their knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Maps was exceptional.

It's important to have a well-defined set of requirements in order to customize Salesforce effectively. Unfortunately, our requirements were not well-defined, which was our fault, but this vendor has had difficulty translating these into a customer application that meets our needs. In their defense, our team was too busy to manage the vendor, so we are now struggling to revise the system so that it works. What I would have liked is for the vendor to spend more time up front explaining the underpinnings and details behind the app they were creating and giving us more input into deciding how best to proceed. I think if the vendor had forced us to spend more time thinking about user roles and how Salesforce could accommodate some of our specific requirements, we would be in a better place now. While I recognize our staff was complicit in this outcome, I would have like the vendor project management to take a more proactive role in helping us design this to meet our needs.
