Pierce Washington was a fantastic partner for our Enterprise Price Management (EPM) project. This project entailed creating a foundation for a new EPM system by cleaning up pricing data, setting standard processes globally, and eventually translating this into a pricing tool for our teams. I was responsible for the Organization Change Management (OCM) activities for this project which were extensive and PW was engaged, thorough and timely every step of the way. We had challenging stakeholders that needed a lot of persuasion and patience to fully understand the change and make sure that they had given the right input. PW was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and were able to provide reasonable suggestions or solutions when needed. Their work was always very high quality with little to no errors, and it was apparent that the team members were very invested in our success. This is one of the best partnerships I've experienced in my career because they were flexible, hardworking and did whatever it took to make our team happy.
