Good tool for helping verify and add additional contact information for lead sources. I would say that its probably about 60% correct and the other information is not matching, incorrect or needs updating.

My personal use of Lusha

The idea of Lusha is great and their customer service team is amazing. However, the information they provided was wrong 9 out of 10 times. Most numbers were completely unrelated the individual or company and most times the company email format was completely wrong and bounced back. A data cleanup would be greatly appreciated if they want continued business.

Lusha has upped productivity by over 50%

The best single thing that I got out of Lusha in 2019 was that it integrated in with Salesforce. As a marketing agency working on behalf of a number of top IT Vendors we used Lusha to help with data enrichment and to be able to do that directly from Salesforce is a god send! It helped us find contact detail better than anything else similar in the market (i.e. ZoomInfo). Would highly recommend to any organisation trying to improve conversion rates on contacting prospects.

Best experience getting leads

It's an amazing app. Using it I had to invest much less of my time on trying to find sometimes very high profile people among industries. It's very useful if your work generating leads or are in constant search of contacts on different companies to generate new commercial opportunities.
