Ideal for Made to Order Manufactruing
We have been on Experlogix since 2019. Moved all quoting out of ERP to Salesforce in 2025. Now we integrate with both CRM and ERP and can dynamically pass won orders between the two systems. Experlogix made the entire process easy.
Complex Custom Products Made Easy with Experlogix
Our company had a complex tech stack: Microsoft Business Central meshed with Salesforce. And because we are a manufacturer of custom truck accessories, we needed a CPQ that could handle complex builds while working with all systems. That's what we got when we found Experlogix. We use the Experlogix CPQ not only as our configurator for our internal sales team, we even found a way (utilizing Celigo middleware) to use the exact same configurator for our external Dealer Portal online order for our dealers that's powered by Salesforce. We launched just shy of a year ago and so far its working great. Looking forward to using Experlogix in future phases of our Dealer Portal as well as potential use with our consumer based website.
Used to be Great, however Quality has taken a horrendous nosedive within last 5 years
We've been with Experlogix for almost 10 years now, and our early relationship with their company was great, however that is far from the case these last couple of years. We we're on a single version for about 3-4 years w/ salesforce, then when we went to upgrade last year and everything started falling apart. We've encountered countless authentication issues which still aren't resolved, the base program has stopped being reliable in it's calculations, and bugs keep pouring into production releases from Experlogix with every update with no signs of it ending. We've had a nightmarish experience wasting hundreds of hours with their support trying to get our environment working right over the last couple of years and frankly we've lost all faith in Experlogix as a whole. They just don't give the same impression as a serious and competent software vendor like they did originally. I strongly recommend you find an alternative platform.
