The NTT DATA EP SFDC Adapter MicroService EPMS optimizes performance and costs in SFDC applications considerably. Installations at major companies have shown: • Data exchange from on premise to cloud runs 5 times faster • Only one secured channel to cloud is necessary • Fast instant and seamless backup on local DB It improves integration with SFDC in the following areas: • Query and retrieve response times and throughput • Create, update and delete throughput • Reduced number of API requests to Salesforce (Governor Limits and License costs) • Reduced expensive Salesforce storage space by a seamless archiving concept • Full SQL power for complex query against customers data, e.g. for complex segmentations EPMS is a module of the NTT DATA Extension Platform EP, which was developed for a cost and effort reducing implementation and operation of any CRM platform (e.g. SFDC) with any IT environment.
