Kenway Consulting stepped in after a failed engagement with another consulting group. Kenway helped us to get the project back on schedule and successfully meet our strict deadline.
I came into the project late after the original project owners left our company. I inherited the Kenway relationship under some duress. Kenway leadership especially Luke Otto and Michael Radford were great partners getting up to speed on the situation and working together to build a roadmap forward. We were able to realign the project teams and clarify the scope of work to ultimately deliver a fully executed solution that was able to deliver on our requirements. The Kenway engineering team also worked with our engineering team in aligned sprints so ultimately we were able to maintain and support the solution and continue to use Kenway for advice and strategic planning for future initiatives.
We expected a lot from Kenway, and they delivered. We previously worked with another company besides Salesforce to develop our CRM system. It was a disaster. Our Salesforce team was very communicative and transparent, and so was Kenway. Our original implementation schedule was aggressive, but with the constant communication and the regularly scheduled meetings, we were able to be successful. I would recommend Kenway to any other firm with high expectations. Their ability to get to know your business and create a platform customized to your needs is phenomenal. Kenway listens, and they care. Our admins were empowered, and firm leadership was informed throughout the development process.
