Webinfinity is by far the most user friendly and effective PRM!
Been around a lot of PRMs and can say that Webinfinity is by far the most user friendly and effective. We were looking for a more ‘true SaaS’ PRM, basically something we could configure easily ourselves (ie no custom coding projects) and make sure partners easily get what they need, when they need it. This was the only one that fit the bill. Partners telling us how easy it is to find what they need and do what they need to do. Literally takes us seconds to expand and change the portal structure and design. The 2-way syncing with Salesforce is slick too. They also did a nice job getting us up and running with the system…very responsive and provided a lot of best practice guidance along the way. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
