My organization hired V2Force to help us integrate data from 2 systems with Salesforce, our billing system and our location mapping system which are separate databases that funnel data into a data warehouse. The data in those systems are populated from records in salesforce through manual data entry in other platforms. We needed this information to come back into Salesforce and update sales records going forward and back 10 years to streamline sales operations and drive a custom report providing leadership a 360 degree view of each market. Due to predefined budget constraints we opted for a custom coded report and a 3rd party ETL tool for this solution. V2Force helped us identify the most cost-effective process out of a range of options. The V2 team was very patient and helpful in working with our company to identify all the factors going into this effort, working with various internal teams, being available to touch base often, and collaborating on a solution we could support in house and scale with the company as it grows. Everyone I worked with on the V2Force team was personable, professional, competent and a pleasure to work with. Working with V2Force on this project is what made this implementation feasible for my company. As a solo admin supporting 9 departments in the platform I continue to work with V2force on our digital transformation goals and they are key part of our success with the Salesforce platform.

We hired V2Force to implement a data management system, as it was the main issue our department was facing. We were impressed with the initial Salesforce demo of the end product that convinced us to work with them. Working with V2Force has been challenging, mainly due to the lack of understanding of our business model and no time taken to fully engage with us on solutions that make sense for us. We learned that we had to repeat requests many times in different ways to communicate our needs and we are left with a product that does not quite perform as ideally as we would want it to, nor do we have the confidence that we know how to fully use it. We did end up with something that is better than what we started with, but I would like to have seen more collaboration, proactive engagement of solution proposals, and a goal to set us up for success to maintain the product on our own.

We used V2 because we switched to salesforce very quickly. They have been patient and allowed us to ask any questions we may have about our new set up. Vinod and Gayatri made customizing our CRM very easy and never over complicated it for us. They were incredibly hands-on and I think its the reason we have been able to integrate Salesforce so seamlessly into our organization.

Our team was able to get our App up and running in a very limited amount of time. They also had the ability to train us in a very hands-on experience.
