So Aoop is a very engaged supplier- Ricardo is always available- knows the product very well and offers solutions. I think we got off trace on the integration part and the only point I believe we would have done better was to be able to manage expectations of these roadblocks due to a very complicated integration.
Ricardo and his team were very attentive and always wanting to improve the software for our own necessities as well asn giving advise and some hints at how we could use Sales Force. he understand completly Sales Force and gice a high level of confidence to our team. It was very easy to work with Ricardo and he kept well to the time line
