Smplicity provided us with a monthly support agreement so handled a variety of different tickets. Across all of these, they demonstrated excellent communication skills and were always incredibly responsive. Both the risks and project were well managed. They were proactive in resolving issues during UAT as well. They are very much engaged with us even when the implementation is over.

Knowledgeable, creative and accomodating

We engaged Smplicity to assist us in our Salesforce data modelling and to construct API bridges with other cloud products we are using in our organisation. They have been a breeze to deal with and displayed their in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and API's. The team were excellent in listening to our problems and coming up with innovative and creative solutions. They were also flexible in their dealings where they happily accommodated a few tweaks in the delivered solution. We will definitely be engaging them for future works in salesforce.
