Overview

This Lightning component emulates the 'Close Case Layout' from Salesforce Classic. Users can close the Cases right from the detail page.

  • It supports point and click graphical user interface which is very simple and easy to use.

  • By using this Lightning component, Salesforce Administrators can easily change the Status of their Cases to 'Closed'. The users will also select the Case Reason from a picklist.

  • Users can also add Comments to the Case while closing and it will be related to the Case.

This component emulates the 'Close Case Layout' from Salesforce Classic. Users can close the Cases right from the detail page. The users will select the Case Status and Case Reason. The users can also add a Case Comment which will be related to the case itself.
