Highlights

To set up the Salesforce Integration you’ll need to configure in both Slack and Salesforce. Here’s how to do it: 1) First, install the Salesforce integration to Slack from the Slack App Directory at https://slack.com/apps/A2DAS7NNR-salesforce.

2) Now install the Slack app on AppExchange and follow the instructions in the "Setup Guide for the AppExchange Slack App" file available at the bottom of this page under "CUSTOMIZATION GUIDES".

3) Once you've installed both apps, click the "Link to Slack" button on any supported Salesforce object page and follow the prompts to connect the relevant channel in Slack.
