Craftsman has been an exceptional partner for our organization. They advocate for us not only with Salesforce, but also with the various platforms that integrate with Salesforce, helping ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process. As a nonprofit, we have to be especially mindful of how we allocate our resources, and Craftsman does an excellent job helping us evaluate whether a third-party partner can realistically deliver on what they promise and whether a solution will truly meet our organizational needs. Their team works closely with us to prioritize projects based on budget, organizational impact, and long-term sustainability, helping us maximize the value of every dollar spent. They are highly communicative, responsive, and collaborative throughout the entire process. Beyond simply implementing solutions, they take the time to troubleshoot and think through how new processes will function operationally in the future, ensuring that the systems we put in place are scalable, practical, and sustainable for our team long term.

Additionally, I want to highlight Thomas for his outstanding project management skills and the seamless support he provided during Crista’s absence. While there are still a few items we’re continuing to work through, the Managed Services Team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset. I was going to start by saying, "this team is magical", but it's actually a ton of hard work and expertise (not magic) that went into making our data project successful. From the start, CTG had a clear plan and scope of work based on an analysis of our Salesforce environment. The plan left plenty of room for the team to get more business context for our data and to consider best practice as we implemented solutions. The team could have copy/pasted our current setup into a shinier, more complicated one. Instead, they took the time to determine whether we were using the most efficient tools for the processes we were trying to automate in our environment. It was helpful to have CTG as a technical resource for this project, their team did a great job of implementing solutions, helping determine testing criteria, and making sure we tested several times before releasing the solutions to our full user group. They were also an immensely helpful thought partner as we were trying to make bigger picture decisions about our systems. There were several times throughout the project where we were able to identify efficiencies we could take advantage of with our current apps and licenses (so no extra tools to purchase). Already, the project has saved us time fixing errors and troubleshooting with users, and it's rippled into making our Salesforce integrations cleaner, too.
