We are migrating from a different CRM, data migration can be daunting and challenging. Lubna and Abeer have great data migration and Salesforce implementation skills. We approached our Salesforce implementation in multiple phases. Lubna and Abeer have met the objectives each phase and beyond. Including a custom layout for our specific needs. They also connected a few other applications to SF making our entire data eco-system work together better.

Our experience with Salesforce's Sales and Discovery process was exceptionally positive with clear communication, thorough questioning, and a strong understanding of our goals set the tone for what we hoped would be a successful integration. Unfortunately, the implementation phase with DTC Force presented several challenges. A significant language barrier led to repeated misunderstandings, which ultimately damaged the working relationship. It became apparent that our business needs were not fully understood, and there was limited effort to dive deeper or clarify our priorities. The absence of a shared project management platform or structured process further complicated coordination and visibility throughout the project. We believe the outcome could have been greatly improved with more proactive communication and a stronger emphasis on collaboration. While the terms of the contract were fulfilled, the process could have gone smoother.

Their team listened to our goals with Salesforce and worked through all of the issues with us to ensure the final product was exactly what we were looking for.
