Flexible, Professional & Amazing Partner

We were under a tight deadline to migrate our Salesforce data from a broken Professional org to a new Enterprise org. The IMG team came through with flying colors! They helped us migrate our data successfully and are continuing to assist us with additional specialty items so our new Professional org can be poised for our company's massive growth! Stefanie and Gabriel were excellent! Stefanie added an extra depth of experience in special needs, but Gabriel was the execution driver behind our project's success. Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and gave special attention when we needed a bit of clarity or when a production-stopping issue required priority.

Just the right amount of support

We have very capable team members that are able to make updates to Salesforce and tweak stuff to enhance our Salesforce experience. However, there are more complicated updates we need that would take time to research. Our IMG consultant, Mary Cole, is so quick to respond to our needs. She is a pleasure to work with and can usually resolve our issue, question or update while we are on our weekly call. She provides the perfect amount of support for our team at a great value. Thank you, Mary for all you do!

About two years ago, we migrated from Dynamics 365 to Salesforce, and we could not have done it successfully without Mary and the IMG team. Mary is incredibly diligent, an excellent problem solver, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. She transformed our previous CRM into a system that delivers real-time, accurate reporting - especially in USD, which had been a major challenge for us with multi-currency. She led a well-structured and informative program that effectively covered Account Engagement's extensive features while addressing our questions and sharing valuable best practices. When our team encountered a miscommunication during one of the implementation, Gaby was quick to respond and provided clear guidance to get us back on track. Specifically, we worked with Stefani Zabala and her team. She was fantastic! Couldn't Survive Without Gaby!

Around 2 months ago, we began a migration from another platform to Pardot with the hopes of centralizing our CRM. While we were able to migrate most of our data to Pardot, our team was unfamiliar with how to actually use the platform. We hired Gaby to help show us the basics and problem solve our specific issues. Gaby is patient, professional, and thorough. She doesn't just solve the problem, she will get to the root cause and explain why it arose, how to avoid it, and how to resolve it in the future if needed. She is a total rockstar. Very responsive on email and makes herself readily available when a meeting is needed. We look forward to continuing to work with her on an as-needed basis!

Amazing Outcome

I had reached out to the IMG team and worked with Jose to configure an enterprise level lead & practice management platform. I was able to provide general overviews in a PowerPoint format with the complex framework requirements and they didn't fall short of delivering a solution to not only meet, but exceed my goals and expectations.
