Opening a new tab after accepting the case
Hi, Thanks for the app, I works fine, but when I click accept button it's not getting loaded in the same tab, instead it get opening in a new tab, why is it so? moreover, its asking for "Yes" or "no" after clicking accept button. How to overcome the above two.
Hi Manoj, The pop up asking "Yes" or "No" is something without which salesforce wouldn't have allowed us to upload this component. Actually not having a confirmation box is a security issue as per salesforce. If clicking "Yes" is taking you to a new tab, then try blocking the pop-up for that site.
Easy to Install - doesn't work
Testing and receive error: This page isn't available in Salesforce Lightning Experience or mobile app.
Great Component!
Easy to install and use! This was the much needed functionality in Lightning. You can easily change the ownership of the cases without any hassle.

Hi Emily, We are not able to reproduce this issue. Can you help in reproducing it? Did you installed it for all users or only for admin?
Hi Angel Macias, Can you please try following the steps to remove the ‘accept’ button from the List view and Lightning record page - For List view:- 1 Click on the Object Manager. 2 Search Case and click on the case object. 3 Click on the List view Button Layout. 4 Click on the dropdown button of the list view and click on the edit button. 5 In the custom button section remove the accept button from the selected buttons column and save it. 6 After saving the changes, Please do a hard refresh (By pressing Ctrl+Shift+R) and check it. For Lightning record page:- 1 Click on the Object Manager. 2 Search Case and click on the case object. 3 Click on the case page layout and click on the case layout. 4 Click on the mobile & Lightning Action 5 in the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section find the ‘accept’ button and drag and drop it. 6 Save it. After saving the changes, Please do a hard refresh (By pressing Ctrl+Shift+R) and check it.
