This phase of our Salesforce project was the most complicated and highest risk and included several very high visibility functions, including a solution for benefits quoting. HE worked closely with our teams to design, build, and test the solution successfully, something we had failed to do twice prior.

HigherEchelon Salesforce Practice (HESFP) has been a true mission partner in the design, creation, and ongoing modifications of a Common Nominations Portal used by congressional staff members to nominate applicants to military service academies. This project has involved working closely with congressional staff members and high-ranking officials at the three military service academies, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Military Academy, and U.S. Air Force Academy. HESFP was invaluable during business requirements gathering and has applied agile software practices to ensure rapid development while improving the application with each iteration. The system was designed with flexibility and modularity that will allow for future expansion and modification with minimal disruption. It is a true pleasure working with HESFP personnel and I hope to continue work with them in the future. The deliverables from HESFP are exceptional.
