  • Data Alerts is an exception based alerting tool. Data keeps changing for various reasons and checking the data proactively for any inaccuracies is a very critical task. Data Alerts tool in Toolz makes it an easier.

  • Data Alerts tool is used for checking the data on a scheduled basis and generate an alert email only when there is an issue.

  • Lookup Rollup Summaries tool helps create roll up summaries on a master-detail relationship as well as a look up relationship.

Toolz has a couple tools at present. Data Alerts is a Tool where the Salesforce users will get an alert when there is a certain pre-defined dataset exists in your org. Let's say all posted Payable Invoices in your Org must go through an approval process. But how do you know when there is a posted Payable Invoice without an approval? You need to get an email alert when that happens. Toolz will help you do that in few minutes. Rollups is another tool that is built based on open source Salesforce code provided by Andrew Fawcett. It is a well known tool called Declarative Rollup Summaries for Lookups (DRLS). More tools may be added to this package in the future.
