SendinBlue for Salesforce

Comme indiqué dans la documentation officielle de Brevo (ex-Sendin Blue), cette application n'est plus supportée : https://help.brevo.com/hc/fr/articles/115000293244-Commencer-avec-le-plugin-Salesforce-de-Brevo Elle ne doit pas être utilisée pour synchroniser des données entre Salesforce et Brevo. En revanche les API de ces deux systèmes peuvent très bien communiquer entre elles, une fois bien configurée. En tant qu'entreprise française, partenaire de Salesforce, vous pouvez faire appel à Eviden pour mettre en place une synchronisation de qualité, durable et adaptée à vos besoins entre Salesforce et Brevo. Nous sommes à votre écoute.

Deprecated

The app is deprecated (the API key doesn't work with their new version) and they don't plan to update it.. Why not remove the app ??

As is said by other reviewers, this app is partially broken and is due to stop working altogether in June 2021. They do not plan to update it or invest in a Salesforce integration (apart from some very basic triggers in Zappier). If you are looking for proper Salesforce-marketing platform integration, Sendinblue is not your answer.

Do not buy this!

We chose Sendinblue because of the integration with Salesforce, however, they are selling an integration here that doesn't actually work, and there is no supporting material for you to use it. In addition, when I asked Sendinblue for support on this, they said its "out of their scope, and do not support Salesforce at any capacity". Which makes me wonder why they even have the plugin...

This application is no more supported by SendinBlue

This application promised good things... Unfortunately SendinBlue's support service can't solve the bugs and moreover they stop their api v2 in June 2021 which will probably lead to the death of this application. It's a pity because we were ready to privilege a French company rather than an American giant.
